About the RoleAs a Product & Technology Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technicians responsible for designing, qualifying, and deploying technical solutions that support operational and maintenance activities.You will provide clear, pragmatic, and consistent leadership within a demanding industrial environment where safety, quality, operational performance, and standardization are critical to success.This role combines technical leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, maintenance, engineering, quality, and commercial stakeholders to deliver innovative and reliable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & StrategyDefine and drive the technical roadmap aligned with operational and maintenance needs.Lead the development, qualification, and deployment of technical solutions, including tools, processes, robotics, methods, standards, and operational support solutions.Ensure technical solutions meet operational requirements, internal standards, and field constraints.Act as a technical reference for complex topics and critical operational challenges.Team Leadership & DevelopmentLead, develop, and structure a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and technicians.Foster team growth, capability development, and knowledge sharing.Provide clear priorities and direction while promoting accountability and engagement.Support the development of a high-performing and collaborative team culture.Project & Operational SupportPrioritize technical activities based on safety, quality, cost, schedule, and operational availability requirements.Coordinate technical interfaces between operations, maintenance, engineering, project teams, and internal and external stakeholders.Support the resolution of technical issues and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and standards.Participate in resource planning, budget monitoring, and technical action plans.Contribute to technical proposals and help justify technical solutions to customers and stakeholders when required.AccountabilitiesYou will be responsible for:Delivering safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives across your technical scope.Managing and developing a team of approximately 10 to 20 professionals, depending on the assigned scope.Leading complex technical initiatives with significant operational impact.Supporting technical and organizational decision-making alongside leadership teams and key stakeholders.Ensuring the consistency and standardization of engineering practices, methods, and technical solutions.Acting as a trusted technical advisor for critical issues and complex problem-solving activities.Working RelationshipsReporting to the Senior Product Manager or Director, you will work closely with:Operations teamsMaintenance teamsProject ManagersEngineering and Design teamsQuality, Procurement, EPMO, Sales, and Support FunctionsInternational counterparts, when applicableThe role involves regular interaction with senior leadership and may require engagement with internal and external customers on strategic technical matters.What We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceEngineering degree or equivalent qualification.10 to 15 years of experience in an industrial, technical, or engineering environment.Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.Experience working in highly regulated, process-driven environments where safety, quality, and compliance are critical.Strong industrial background, preferably gained within a large organization or matrix environment.Experience in maintenance, operational support, engineering design, methods, industrialization, systems engineering, or technical solution development.Nuclear industry experience is an advantage but is not required.Professional proficiency in English.Key SkillsTechnical SkillsTechnical project managementCross-functional coordinationResource planning and prioritizationContinuous improvement methodologiesDevelopment and qualification of technical solutionsStrong understanding of operational and maintenance environmentsSafety, quality, process, and standardization mindsetLeadership SkillsHands-on leadership approachAbility to set a clear vision and drive executionPragmatic and results-oriented mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsConflict resolution and negotiationAbility to engage, coach, and develop multidisciplinary teamsProven ability to operate effectively in complex environmentsWhy Westinghouse?We know that to put forth your best effort, you need to be challenged and enjoy what you do in a supportive and respectful environment.
